It is not for beginners. Power Vinyasa class consists of challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat.

However, you are encouraged to do it at your own pace, following your breath, and are given modifications of more challenging poses. There are arm balancing and inverted poses throughout classes.
