Join us once a month for a beautiful outdoor practice by the sea (weather permitting). Open for all levels of yoga practice.

  • A fun, mindful, and memorable yoga experience tailored for hen parties.
  • Option to add themes, beach sessions, mindfulness or breathwork elements.

  • Wellness sessions designed for teams, including yoga, mindfulness, or breathwork.
  • Ideal for team-building, stress management, or company retreats.
