Zen Studio & Laura has good news for 2026: we started a collaboration with Yoga Centre Flow & Ivana. In May we will organise a Yin Yoga 30h Training in Málaga. This intensive, comprehensive Training represents the pure core of healing Yin Yoga.

The training

The training has a few key pillars: the Five Elements wisdom, functional yin, and mindfulness. You will learn all tools of healing Yin, to your life too. The practical training is based on the teachings of the founders and pioneers of Yin.

In-person studying is an enjoyable and effective way to learn, as you will join a small, committed group, participate in asana workshops and dive into the depths of healing Yin.

The training includes a comprehensive 80-page manual and a Facebook Group for sharing.
