• 07:00 – 09:00 Hatha or Ashtanga Yoga with Pranayama and Jala Neti / one day at Kunjapuri Temple at sunrise
• 09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
• 10:30 – 13:00 Ayurvedic massage / visit to waterfalls, temples, etc.
• 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch
• 14:00 Free time
• 16:30 – 18:00 one day Ganga Aarti
• 18:00 – 19:00 one day Yin Yoga, one day Yoga Nidra
• 19:00 – 20:00 Dinner

One night of Kirtan after dinner.

On the first night, we will have a special opening fire ceremony.

Cost

Investment: €520 until December 15, with a deposit of €100 paid to Ivana (the rest to be paid in cash in India).

From December 16, the program price will be €580.

What is included?

• ♡ Clean, modern accommodation with hot water and WiFi at Ekam Yoga Shala, where we are treated like family.
• ♡ Yoga program and activities (Ayurvedic massage, excursions, etc.)
• ♡ Vegetarian Ayurvedic sattvic meals (three meals a day)
• ♡ Native teachers and support (translation where necessary, Yin and Yoga Nidra class) by Ivana
• ♡ Transfer from Dehradun Airport to Rishikesh (30-45 minutes by car)

Not included in the prices

• Flights to New Delhi (round trip currently around €650) and Dehradun one-way (currently around €90)
• Visa (between €55 and €105)
• Vaccinations (none required)

The sooner we buy plane tickets, the better.

However, to reserve the course and trip, confirmation is desirable by December 15, 2024 as we can only take 13 people.
